1. Changes and Cancellation by You.
a. Urban Saunters Ltd offers a full refund on cancellations for Small Group Tours made more than 72 hours prior to tour commencement. Cancellations received within 72 hours prior to the tour are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a Small Group Tour within 72 hours prior to the tour without a refund, please contact info@urbansaunters.com.
b. Urban Saunters Ltd offers a full refund on cancellations for Private Tours made more than seven ( 7 ) days prior to tour commencement. All sales are final and fully nonrefundable for Private Tours within seven (7) days of the reservation date and time. If you wish to cancel a private tour within seven (7) days of the reservation date and time without a refund, please contact info@urbansaunters.com.
c. All tours and experiences will go ahead rain or shine though there may be minor changes to accommodate the weather. All tours will start promptly and on time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the reservation time for a private tour, your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued. No-shows for all tours are treated as last-minute cancellations and no refund will be issued.
2. Changes and Cancellation by Urban Saunters Ltd
a. We will make every reasonable effort to provide the Services in accordance with the descriptions provided on our Site. Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your reservation or cancel confirmed reservations, we reserve the right to do so should it become necessary or advisable. If we cancel your reservation, we will either provide you with a credit that you may use towards another Service or a full refund at our discretion.
b. Please note that some of the Services require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of bookings required for a particular Service has not been reached, we may cancel the Service. We will notify you of cancellation for this reason no later than 72 hours before the time of your reservation.
3. Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your tour and would like to request a refund, please state your reasons clearly in an email to info@urbansaunters.com. Refunds cannot be issued for Customers who failed to turn up for their tour at the designated time or under bad weather.
4. Changes to this Policy
From time to time, the terms of this policy may change at the Company’s discretion. In the event of such changes, the new policy will apply to all tours booked after the date and time of the policy change.
