Selbst unsere Kinder (7 und 12 Jahre alt ) waren fasziniert !Absolute Empfehlung !!!!!We had an excellent tour with our guide Rosi! The opening ceremony was unforgettable - we were the first in the tower and first at the crown jewels! Rosi told us an incredible amount of information and stories, as well as interesting facts about London, royals and the population and her own experiences. Even our children (7 and 12 years old) were fascinated! Absolute recommendation !!!!!
The Westminster Guided Walking Tour was a great experience. While London was very busy on the day that we chose to do the tour, Rosie, our tour guide, made sure to walk us to less crowded areas so that she could explain the details of what we were looking at. Even with bustling city, we were able to hear her clearly and loudly. Traveling with two young adults can be tricky as who knows what will keep their interest or not. She was able to maintain their interest with all of her knowledge and fun facts while also adding a bit of her personality to the explanations. She was very receptive to everyone's questions and truly showed her depth of knowledge when answering them. After the walking tour was over, we then went to the Churchill War Rooms. While the War Rooms were great for taking you back in time, I am not a huge history fanatic so the self guided portion was just ok for me.
